Just sounding out if there is any interest in doing midweek social rides out. I have one taker for Tuesday which is okay day for me to. We could do trips to places like the Devils Dyke near Brighton (got a nice pub and cafe there) Suggestions wanted, know anywhere of interest to go? Hopefully we can get a few trips in over the summer.

Not a bad idea at all.....assuming everyone is not nose to the grindstone, at work, trying to earn enough money to buy petrol....

Probably the thing to do is slap a note in the Runs 'n' rides section, saying something like..."I'm going out on Thursday to xxxx...anyone want to come?"

I would be interested in mideek runs, Tuesdays are good for me as the kids go to a club after school. Could probably make any other day with a few days notice. :)

And yes I do work but can work the hours that suit me

Haven't any suggestions on routes though - sorry :(

I am off on holiday until 7th June, so will post a ride date as soon as I get back and see if there is an interest. I have a few trips planned out. Hopefully once we get going it will catch on. 8)

Working on getting back about 4.00 or sooner so as to beat the rush hour, will also have to change cafes as I have found out Wessons not open on Tuesdays  , so may go to Box Hill or The Devils Dyke.

Thanks Bill for organising today, sorry I had to leave you early, hope you all enjoyed the rest of the ride. Hopefully next time I will have a less complicated day and not go home early

Thanks for a fine ride, Bill. Great weather and scenery. Shame I forgot the video camera, but a few conventional snaps have been posted.

Regards
Chris J.
