I have a bunch of Garmin tracks that I have unashamedly created from every ride I've been on with Richard P and other such excellent leaders.

If you have a Garmin, I'd be happy to send some.

Such classics as Aldeburgh, Diss and Elevdon Forest.
You must be up for more than a 'local' trek to Burham, most of these routes are 130+ miles round trip.

James, have you got a map?

If so look at this route http://goo.gl/maps/nEam study your paper map so you roughly know where your going, write it down in easy to follow terms (T/R , T/L etc) and then off you jolly well go

Approx 160 miles and 6 hours if you take it easy.

Hope this helps
