An early post because I'm away tomorrow to find some warmth so I don't know what's in store for the following weekend. The Full Member Social Ride this month will therefore be to Bramford subject to the weather. A total distance of about 150 miles with a stop on the outward leg and fuel on the return at about 120 miles.

Please meet to leave Sainsburys Springfield Chelmsford at 9.30am. Ride to finish at Mc Donalds Boreham Services...............................Richard P.

Well the weather looks good enough to go - not sure how much snow fell in Suffolk so may have to re think the route and stay more local. Glad I missed the last week :) ..................Richard P.

Well it was touch and go this morning- should I stay in my nice warm bed or get out on the bike? The bike won and it was worth it. After a wet ride to Chelmsford the weather brightened and even afforded us some sunshine later on. Lots of standing water - some so deep it meant slow riding together with breast stroke! I would like to say we were like the magnificent 7 riding out but…. there were only 6 of us but magnificent never the less. Thank you again Mr Parker- without you there would be less opportunities for us to test and improve our skills and have some fun. Pooh

Thankyou Richard for a great ride out must say the roads were like a water slide in places but none the less at least that dam snow has gone and enabled us to get out :D

Echo that, but the salt took two washes to shift and was still showing in places. The build quality of the Triumph is nowhere near as good as my previous Hondas, so how much of it will survive this winter, I don't know!

Thanks Richard and the other brave souls who ventured out yesterday.

Andy
