The Full Member Social Ride for this month is booked for Sunday 24 but I am no longer able to run it due to a fractured rib. Last day of my off-road trip in the mountains of Southern Spain and yes I took a big one :? .

Have we a volunteer to lead the ride please? Meet to leave Sainsburys Springfield Chelmsford at
9.30am. Many thanks.....................................Richard P.

Oh dear Richard, with all due respect you probably don't bounce like you once did. I hope you feel okay soon. I am away that weekend I am afraid.

Sorry to hear of your injury Richard, one of the risks with motorcycling.
Hope you had a good time prior to the incident.
Get well soon.

I would've stepped up to the mark (or at least tried to fill your excellent boots) but I'm commited to Puppy Training classes for the next 6 weeks.

Maybe Speedo Dave could run his cancelled AGT ride?

Mike

OK ! I'll do it. I thought 'Speedo Dave' would jump in but he is doing something else. Same meeting place same time but it is open to all associates and full members. It won't be a long ride and I have not decided where to go yet, it will be a surprise (to me as well) See new posting.

Hi Richard,

Sorry to hear of your mishap. I know only too well how much it hurts after breaking a rib (from when I managed to break a few falling though my neighbour's garage roof a couple of years ago :? ....). Hope you are back on 2 wheels soon.

Best Regards,

John

Hi Richard,

Very sorry to hear that. Having broken multiple ribs on two separate occasions, I know exactly how you feel!!!

Get well soon,

Andy
