Sorry about the late notice, £5.00 per bike so pillions are free :D
Cadam are organizing the ride and there will be several groups and the destination is the Super Sausage Cafe.
If your at a loose end or not make the effort to support this ride all proceeds are going to the Essex Air Ambulance.. and what a great way to remember a very special lady!

I do club stuff as much as i can. One of the things its taught me is the system. It can be changed any time. If in doubt. Then back out. Same thing with this important ride. Although i never knew her. She loved helping and riding. An observer in 3 groups and from what you all say. A very nice person. I say lets adapt. Do the ride and fit the safety chat in while we are doing what we and she would have wanted. Or do the chat another time. Last year it was cold and snow showers. This years weather is forecast as a hot weekend. If i can be on the run i will be there. Well thats my bit said for what it worth. Safe riding to you all. Spider

There is no mention of a start point that I can see. A very nice member rang me earlier and pointed this out. :)

Fair point Keith. I was trying to view it on a 'phone screen and did not see it properly. Weak excuse but it is mine to make

Have a good day. I will be at the AGT as I need to be home a sensible time.

Great day, great ride. My first ride out with the group other than AGT's, and I enjoyed every mile. I felt a bit guilty missing the AGT as I know it's a big commitment from the observers, but I wanted to have a practice riding in a bigger group before the September Bikers Retreat. Thanks to everyone for the positive (corrective) feedback, it's all starting to make sense. And Spider, I'm sure I missed that trainer in the road. Hope you all enjoy Wales next weekend. I think I'm booked in for a days shopping :(

Various things made me laugh today. Even the chap from eamg who pinged me just after roundabout. Learnt something new about speed limits. I missed a marker on another roundabout. Great riding from the girls and the pleasure of thier company. Thirst quenching water melon and we waited for for sting at a130 where did he go. Then home and back to the grind stone

Message from John Warren :D

Hi Guys,

Please pass on my sincere thanks to your members for coming today.
We have raised £190 for Essex air ambulance which taking into account some extra donations equates to some 36 bikes and with pillions some 40 people.

I hope you will all come along again next year and will try to give you much better notice.

Was great to see you all again and hope to see you soon.

Regards
John

Great day out with great company as usual, and thanks to Spider forthe water melon :)

Sorry, but having such a good ride decided to nip to Felixstowe for a fish and chips supper. I only get to ride at weekends and holidays so have to make the most of it.
