Spider

Great weekend, really enjoyed the experience with some great memories - despite the diesel incident.

Many thanks for arranging some great biking roads.

Looking forward to the next one - if you can put up with us all.

Mick

Absolutely - and thank you Mark for the photos.

God knows what time you all got home. I went M6, M1 and M25, stopping a lot for fuel, a stretch and the odd coffee and still didn't get home until 6.00.

I also ran into at least an hour's worth of torrential rain on the M6/M6 toll, which managed to find all sorts of ways through my brand new 'waterproof' bike gear. Wet crutch, wet feet, wet arms, wet left knee etc. Speed limits on the motorway and you couldn't see the car in front for spray.

But the first 40 odd miles in the morning were LOVELY.

Ian

Thank you Spider, good roads and company.

Ian, I also had the same experience on the M6 :( but I had a dry crutch thanks to my Spada one piece wet suit that actually works.. got home at 5pm and slept like a Bear in hibernation

Hi guys. Just found this. Must get broadband. I keep missing rides and things. Good 2c u all had fun. Grassington is worth another visit on another type of trip. Andrea and I rode home on mostly senic roads. Made good progress. Couple of stops. No rain. Home about 9.45. Worn out and happy. Great to ride with you all. Thanks for pictures. Ride safe. Spider

Green laning on my adventure bike to get around a road closure.

The third ford.

The mud was getting worse, the water was getting deeper, the rocks bigger & the ruts deeper too. :|
