Chris Reed and Richard Parker are organising a ride for ALL members this Sunday, 11th January 2015. The ride will start promptly at 0930 am from Sainsbury's at Boreham, Chelmsford and we aim to return for 3pm. Lunch will be at Red Lodge in Suffolk and the total ride length a modest 120 miles.

Due to weather at this time of year, we will post an update at 9pm on Saturday 10th January stating whether or not the ride will go ahead. An update will also be posted on the EAMG Facebook page

Regards Chris

Richard and I are happy that the weather tomorrow, albeit on the cool side will be fine for the ride to go ahead. Please arrive fully fuelled and ready to leave at 09:30 prompt.
Regards Chris

Brilliant weather, no u-turns and home before dark. Blimey! More of those in 2015 please!

Thanks to Richard and Geoff for leading/tailing my group.

p.s. The rideout reminded me I need to renew my membership so I thought I'd add this for anyone else who may also have forgotten.

Many thanks to Chris for leading my group and to Mike for tail ending.

Great first ride of the New Year.

A very enjoyable ride. Over 30 bikes, no disasters, and good luck with the weather for January. Despite all the clothing and heated gear I still found it a bit cold. Must have some reptile in my ancestry :-(

Pictures have been posted.

Regards
Chris J.

Chris and co.
Thank you for a lovely day. I enjoyed meeting new people and talking about how we bond with our bikes! and girly chatting. Excellent idea to all go out together and then have the [i]choice of group (hence I chose not to go with Spider, Phil and Ian T xxxx;)). Only joking guys - I did miss you really.

Thanks Chris and Richard for organising that it was a really enjoyable ride. It might point the way for more 'everybody' type club rides as there are so many benefits to be had. Thanks Mike and Geoff for tail ending there and back and thankyou weather god for not emptying your bucket over us for a change.

Thanks Chris for a great ride today and, of course, to Mike. It was a fantastic both on and off the bike. And thanks to all you lovely bikers that are so friendly and make us less experienced riders feel so welcome and at ease. Fi :D

I'm sure I speak for both Richard and myself in thanking all 33 riders and passengers for attending today-a fantastic turnout on what was a cold but dry day. Thanks to Geoff and Mike for their help in getting everyone safely around the route.
Regards Chris

Thanks Richard, another good ride and a great turnout. I only chose to ride in your group because you were leaving 1st and the cafe was beckoning :D Most enjoyable day, very good riding by all in our group (except me  )... thanks Geoff for tail ending again.

Phil
