Can anyone help PLEASE. While cleaning the pistons on my front calipers i popped the centre piston out losing all the fluid,  as this is a duel linked brake system the centre piston is worked by the back brake peddal (the foot lever). I have used a litre of brake fluid bleeding the dam thing & now have no air coming out of the system, BUT!!!!! i still have no back brake on first application of the lever, on second application the brake is better than its ever been, this indicates that there is still air in the system somewere, i have tried everything i know (which is considerable) so any suggestions would be most welcome

Hi

The only way to get honda Linked Brakes to bleeed properly is to start at the top - Bleed all 7 points exactly in order as per the manual.

From Memory:
Front Top L
Front top R
Rear Top
Delay Valve (not sure where that is located on a Pan) Guess somewhere under the seat.
Front Lower L
Front lower R
Rear lower.

Honda say to use a vacuum bleeder - It's easier but not a requirement.

As with all things Brakes - allow plenty of time. Have plenty of fluid and wash the bike afterwards.
