A massive thank you to Kate and her wonderful team at Hideout. On Sunday I had a wardrobe malfunction on the Observer Peer to Peer ride when my main zip on my RST leathers gave up. A phone call to Hideout on Monday afternoon and I was told I could pop by today - Tuesday - they'd git a new zip while I waited. They were true to their word and not only fitted a much higher quality zip but repaired my Bikers textile jacket that I'd ripped. Total cost £80. Result! As a bonus I also got to chat for an hour with Simon Weir from Ride Magazine who remembered me from Bike magazines Ultimate Rider competition in 2008.
Again, a massive thanks to Kate and her team!!

Re: Hideout Leathers
Sorry I missed you Chris. I was at Hideout today collecting my leathers after alterations, repair and cleaning. They took a little longer than yours but worth the wait as they look like new again.
