Is there going to be any Xmas get together this year or is it just the quiz night

It is just quiz night, it is a very good night.

Yes, it will just be the usual Xmas Quiz at Little Channels on 6th December: officially starting at 19:30 but for the last 20 years it has always been closer to 20:00! The individual questions change, but the format will be the same as always, with the same rounds, personnel, and jokes. This year there will be a slight novelty. Because tables with many participants have an advantage we are introducing a NEW prize category. When we do the shout check to find which tables are occupied we shall also note the number seated there. The spreadsheet will then calculate a 'score per participant' and the table with the highest value will be declared the Moral Victor, with a small prize. Obviously there will still be the usual Winner and Wooden Spoon prizes.

It is normally a well attended, fun evening, and worth bringing the family and friends to in order to demonstrate that EAMG is more than just a bunch of knuckle dragging Neanderthals.
