Club ride ?

I have been asked a question and can’t see details. In the events diary there was a ride for yesterday. Where was the details in runs and ride. We can’t find it ?

I know that bit i can see that. That’s the guide lines of event that are planned. Why was there no details to remind riders Especially new ones of the time we meet and leave also the destination and where the ride is stopping for fuel.
