Just a quick note to give the Sportsbikeshop some credit. I recently had an issue with a pair of RST winter trousers that were well outside the manufacturer’s 2-year warranty, and Sportsbikeshop handled it extremely well — very fair, professional, and customer-focused. Credit note offered without any fuss once they’d reviewed the case.

Also worth mentioning (for anyone who isn’t aware): the Boston branch offers the Shoei PFS helmet fitting service, which can make a big difference if you struggle to get a perfect fit with standard sizing. From reading the MotoLegend website, I had concluded ML was the only PFS provider in the UK - that's not the case.

The 10% discount for EAMG membership is an added bonus.

Thought it was worth sharing a positive experience.
