Associate/Full Member Social Ride 20th September

Hi all.
NOTE: IF LARGE NUMBERS TURN UP WE MAY HAVE TO SPLIT INTO 2 GROUPS - IF YOU'RE WILLING TO LEAD A GROUP TO ANOTHER DESTINATION, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO HELP. LAST MONTH 30 RIDERS TURNED UP RESULTING IN GOING TO THE LARGEST GARDEN CENTRE THAT COULD CATER FOR US. I'LL BE LOOKING TO HAVE A MAX OF ABOUT 15 IN MY GROUP LEAVING BALANCE FOR A SECOND GROUP. IF NO VOLUNTEERS THEN SOME WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
IT'S DIFFICULT FINDING PLACES TO CATER FOR LARGE GROUPS AND LEADS TO LONG WAITS AND COMPLAINTS.
Please join us for Sunday 20th September social ride - destination: Dobbies Garden Centre, Woodbridge. IP13 6HX. Note route is approx 126 miles return. I'll stop for comfort break at Greggs A14 services.
Note: Please make sure your membership is up to date before joining the ride.
NOTE: CANCELLATION: If weather forecast conditions bad, then will advise of cancellation by 5pm Saturday based on the overall conditions in forecast - e.g. 5 degrees or below with chance of freezing. Note: we've experienced conditions below this temp in micro climates/areas sheltered by trees causing freezing patches ect.
No need to book, just turn up and enjoy the ride. Open to all EAMG paid up members (Associates and Full Members).
Note: If you have a friend interested in joining EAMG, then they can come along as a guest on the ride as long as they let me know. Thanks.
Meet: Sainsbury's Springfield (CM2 5PA).
Time: 09:00 for 09:30 prompt departure.
Full tank of fuel - fuel available Sainsburys but no toilets. Toilets are at the BP garage Boreham interchange.
Distance: About 126 miles round trip.
Finish at MacD Regiment Way for coffee - about 15:00.
Bike fully checked.
