Meet 9 for 9:30am Main Sainsburys Chelmsford DONT FORGET CLOCKS CHANGE!

69 miles to Mundesley ( we can agree if we stop at Cafe 33 on the way but default is not to do so )

Stop for fuel on the way back at Sible Hedingham at about 123 miles plus a few minutes rest

Finish at Channels McDonalds Total 146 Miles

Full tanks please and empty bladders also please
