2026 Chairmans Charity Ride

This year we ride on Saturday 4th April 2026 and we will be supporting Little Havens Childrens Hospice. In order to not have to remember to bring loads of cash along we have set up a Just Giving page:

Please email chair@eamg.org.uk if you intend to come, this is so we can get an idea of numbers for dining purposes, we have a prebooked lunch space to enable around 30 people to sit together, additional people can sit anywhere they want at Bressingham. (NB this is just space for us not lunch itself, that is up to you. NB Jacket spuds are the quickest thing to order .

We will have a short comfort break at Stowmarket services (fuel available) 56 miles from ride start. Lunch is at 78 miles, (fuel is also available in Diss @ 78miles but this is off route.

This year to avoid 30 of us arriving at Bressingham all in one go and some waiting an hour for lunch, we are going to run two groups,
a more progressive group leaving at 09:15 sharp.
a more relaxed group leaving at 09:45.

When: Saturday 4rd April (easter weekend)
Destination: Bressingham Steam Museum
Meet: BP Boreham services CM2 5PY
Time: 09:00 for prompt 09:15 or 09:45 departure.
Finish at McDonalds Boreham services.
Distance of around 155 miles
Please have empty bladders and a full tank of fuel
